Hello! Thank you so much for stopping by. I am a model, nutrition and wellness personality, soul-coach, motivational speaker, author, and the Founder of Model Meals, a healthy meal delivery service. I live my absolute dream life every day (which, I must add, still comes along with plenty of struggle and pain) and I’m here to help you do the same!
With a passion for personal growth and self-love, I seek to inspire others to make the necessary lifestyle changes that can move them closer towards being their best self. I believe that at the core of living a fulfilled happy life, is taking the best care of your body as possible. Eating clean unprocessed real foods without deprivation, keeping your body and mind active and constantly improving, and understanding the importance of proper rest and relaxation. When we can find a healthy, trusting relationship with our mind and our bodies, all of the other pieces can easily fall into place.
I have a strong interest in food and our relationship to it. I have maintained a 30-lb weight loss for over a year now but it was preceded by a lot of struggle. I’ve spent over a decade suffering with various eating disorders, compulsive overeating, food addiction, and struggling with my body image. Through my own personal journey, I have come to understand that lasting weight loss and vibrant health is not just about WHAT you eat, but in HOW and WHY you use food in the way that you do. My goal is to bring the WHAT and the WHY together to give relief to those like myself who have searched high and low for resources and support, but have been left feeling alone or misunderstood. My journey is nowhere near over, but my hope is that sharing my struggles and successes can be beneficial to you and to those you love.
I live between New York City and Southern California with my 220lb English Mastiff, Kingsley. I enjoy cooking, coaching, yoga, reading, journaling, meditation, sharing with others, and connecting with anyone and everyone. Through my content and my personal experience in reinventing myself, I am out to help transform this world into a society of happy, healthy, and thriving people that are living their passions and dreams every single day.
My first book, a guide to finding ourselves first, will be released in late 2015.
